The powers of social media that be led me to Aoife’s lovely mother, Ciara. She owns and writes for London wedding blog Wed In London as she herself is getting married (congrats!) to Grant in 2013.
They invited me to attend Aoife’s first birthday. I was SO excited. The photographs of my own first birthday are me looking rather blank at the camera so I envisaged Aoife to be slightly more excited at having a brand new person in the house. She was.
Family cuddles, sweets in jars, sitting on kitchen tops and a chocolate cake mess later…..
Gary and I are very lucky to be surrounded by wonderful friends, many of whom also happen to be photographers. Last night our friend Addey came all the way from leafy Guildford to Wanstead for some pasta and meatballs, bringing his beautiful wife Aga and gorgeous son Anthony along.
Gary shot them as a whole family and I looked after the mad little one who very much chose when he wanted to be in frame. Here are a few I managed!
