This post needs to come with a warning. WARNING: AN ABUNDANCE OF CUTE CHILDREN AND INCREDIBLE LIGHT.
It’s always such an honour when people encounter your work and then years later still remember you when they become engaged. I first met Beki at a Dare Workshop in what must have been 2014 as I was heavily pregnant with the J-Ster. She tells me that she connected with my work then; and increasingly over the next four years as I wrote about being a mother and a photographer — two things she also is following the birth of angelic-blonde-curled-Theo.
Their wedding was a huge party in a barn on a family farm and she didn’t wear (only) white. I adore them, and I’m thrilled to be blogging this today.
