I’ve written a great many times about how much I adore Fforest, including my ‘Five Reasons To Get Married at Fforest‘ post. This is series of gorgeous Fforest images from an experienced Fforest wedding photographer…
All Fforest weddings span the entire weekend of marriage celebrations and Amie & Craig’s included their gorgeous dog and countless family and friends.
The fourth image down is one of my favourite images from my entire portfolio. It’s Amie’s dad and I am often hesitant to hit the shutter when people are smoking, but despite the health warnings, I just think it looks cool. Amie has since said to me that this image truly sums up her father and wouldn’t change it for the world.
That alone motivates me to trust my instinct when it comes to photography.
Top tips for an Fforest wedding:
- Bring wellies! The glorious golden sunset that Pembrokeshire receives is a magnificent bonus if we get the sunshine, but it can also be a little rainy and it’s worth having back up to protect your feet.
- Get married in the on site pub earlier in the day, and then have a humanist or close friend officiate your larger ceremony.
- Encourage guests to make the most of the local area. There are so many beautiful spots around Cardigan and it’s worth researching the many sites and activities that Fforest has to offer. If you are planning your wedding here and would like to discuss your wedding with an experienced Fforest wedding photographer, please do contact me for a chat.
