Garden Museum Wedding Photography | Jen & Paul

It’s crazy to think, as I’m writing this in 2019, that Jen & Paul’s London wedding was last year already. Jen was recommended to me by the wonderful Only Lovers Photography for her wedding to Paul in September and I’m so thankful that Joanna passed on my name.

I always adore shooting in London; that juxtaposition between the calm grounding of verbally confirming your love against the hustle and bustle and fluidity of the big city really does spark something within me.

Jen & Paul chose to have their initial drinks reception on board the Tamesis Dock boat, moored permanently across the river from Westminster and the perfect back drop against the blazing sunshine we enjoyed on the day. After a couple of hours popping the champagne there we walked the 5 minutes along the river to Garden Museum, a deconsecrated church due for demolition in the 1970’s but thankfully saved and redeveloped into a beautiful glass and concrete-rich space with almost Asian tranquility vibes.

Words from the couple: “We love these so much! Thank you! They are so beautiful and really capture the atmosphere and are absolutely just what we were looking for in terms of style etc. We have so many favourites! You worked so hard on the day and must have worked so hard in editing too – thanks so much.”

Here are a handful of my favourite images.
