Newborn Photography in Loughborough: Baby Delilah at 2 Weeks
Not every family wants their babyβs face online, and I completely respect that.
My job is never about building my portfolio, it is about giving you photographs that feel honest and full of heart.
When I visited Delilahβs family in Loughborough, she was exactly 2 weeks old. We spent about an hour together, which was plenty of time to capture the little details that make this stage so fleeting. Tiny toes curled in a blanket, her fingers wrapped around mumβs hand, the soft whisps of newborn hair catching the lightβ¦ the kind of photographs that bring you right back to those early days, even years later.
For a session like this, I deliver a full gallery (in this case, over 80 images) even if I only share a handful online. Parents get everything: the wide shots of cuddles on the sofa, the quiet moments in the nursery, and all the in-between details that often become the most treasured.
Sessions like Delilahβs are a reminder that newborn photography does not need to be posed or perfect. It can be relaxed, natural, and focused on the things that matter most; the love, the atmosphere, and the tiny details that are so easy to forget.
